Terry Britten's "State of the Ark" studio in Richmond,
Southwest London.
As the owner of some of the original "Mark One" channels,
which came from Abbey Road's first TG console, Terry also had
the need for more inputs on his ex-Pathe Marconi console.
TG Electronics designed and built a small sidecar mixer, in an eight into two format, using these original cassettes.
Our latest project has been the reconstruction of two missing modules for the Mk4 TG console now resident in Los Angeles.
Somewhere down the line, a couple
of modules had gone missing from this console, and we were asked
to provide some replacements which are otherwise unobtainable.
Using specially manufactured metalwork, custom wound transformers,
and newly built electronic assemblies, we were able to produce
units exactly matching the originals in both appearance and performance.
